About Pikes Peak BOCES Education Park
The Pikes Peak BOCES Education Park is a project of Pikes Beak BOCES, which serves school districts in the Pikes Peak Region of Colorado.
The Pikes Peak BOCES Education Park will allow for efficient delivery of instruction in career-connected learning in a central location on the northeast corner of Judge Orr Road and Elbert Road.
Pikes Peak BOCES has purchased the parcel of land, using funds from the sale of a school building in Calhan that previously housed a now-defunct charter school.

Vision
Pikes Peak BOCES will build a multi-use education park that will offer students transformative learning opportunities such as internships, apprenticeships, industry certifications, capstone projects, and valuable experience with industry partners. The vision includes workforce training facilities, classrooms, and labs. When feasible and possible, collaboration will be sought with existing unions.
Given projected workforce needs and the desire to ensure that students in the Pikes Peak are afforded authentic pathways to high-demand and high-wage positions that align with their skills, competencies, and passions, the Pikes Peak Education Park has the ability to drive economic development in unprecedented
ways throughout the region. Grant funding will be needed
to support construction and development of
the educational programming.
